R.E.D. is an acronym that stands for Remember Everyone Deployed; the informal tradition of R.E.D. Friday originated from an email chain in 2005. Read the email, forward it to 10 friends and wear red on Fridays to show support for the U.S. Armed Forces… maybe you got it?

In light of the current political climate and state of global tension, it’s more important than ever that we stand United. No matter what your political affiliation is, you are free to make that decision, because of those who served. That freedom is protected today by those who serve.
